🔐 Key Privacy Commitment: EventGuard is an on-premises log management solution. Your log data never leaves your infrastructure. We do not have access to your logs, agents, or database. We cannot read, analyze, or share your Windows event logs.

Because EventGuard is designed for on-premises deployment, we collect very limited data:

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

  • Contact Information: Name, email address, company name, phone number when you fill out our contact form or request a trial.
  • Sales & Support Communications: Any information you share during email conversations.
  • License Registration: Company name, contact email, and license key information.

2.2 Information Automatically Collected (Website Only)

  • Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs.
  • Cookies: We use essential cookies for website functionality and optional analytics cookies.

2.3 Information We DO NOT Collect

We use the limited information we collect for:

We retain your contact and license information as long as you have an active relationship with EventGuard. If you request deletion, we will remove your information within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

Your Log Data (EventGuard Software)

EventGuard is an on-premises solution. You control:

  • How long logs are retained (configurable retention policies)
  • Where logs are stored (your database, your infrastructure)
  • Who has access to logs (your AD groups, your team)
  • How logs are encrypted (DPAPI, your encryption keys)

EventGuard has no access to your log data. We cannot delete, modify, or view your logs. You retain full ownership and control.
